Shots fired in residential area of Innisfil

South Simcoe Police seeking witnesses and security video

South Simcoe Police is seeking assistance from the public after two incidents of gunshots being fired in a residential area of Innisbrook Street in Innisfil.

The incidents took place on Wednesday, August 26 around 4 a.m. and on Thursday, August 27 around 11:50 p.m. Police located shell casings at both scenes. No one was injured.

Police hope the public can provide information, dash cam footage or security camera video.
