Two charged after ten vehicles were stolen from Bradford in one night

Some vehicles already recovered

Ten vehicles were stolen in one night and two suspects were wearing handcuffs because of it.

A resident of the 6th Line and Simcoe Road area of Bradford called South Simcoe Police at around 7:30 a.m. Thursday, September 30 to report a pair of suspicious individuals entering vehicles in the area. Police arrived after the pair had fled on foot, but police tracked them to a nearby field.

It was after this that police learned of the theft of ten vehicles from the area overnight. The subsequent investigation led to charges against the suspects, aged 20 and 22. Both are from Quebec.

The two suspects now face 21 combined offences. Police say some vehicles have been recovered, but the investigation continues.
