Sunrise Homes broke ground on their new development on Big Bay Point Rd. Friday. The townhome community will be built at 521 Big Bay Point Rd, near the corner of Yonge and Big Bay Point.
The new development received a strong reception from the community, with units selling out before ground had even been broken.
"Barrie is where we want to be. It’s a place to grow,” said Sunrise Homes CEO Sajjad Hussain, "It’s a great area with lots of smart growth happening."
There is no completion date set yet for the 58-unit development.
