Barrie Police took a search warrant first to a home on Montserrand Street around 2:00 Thursday afternoon, arresting eleven people on scene and seizing a quantity of drugs. That lead to a second search warrant to a Hart Drive address overnight. Over the investigation seven of the eleven were released unconditionally.

The four remaining suspects face a combined 20 drug-related charges. Of the drugs seized, police believe a purplish-coloured substance to be the same form of purple heroin as the subject of a warning issued earlier this month.
