For the fourth time this year, South Simcoe Police have charged a 30-year-old Innisfil man for driving while under suspension.

The latest charge, according to police, came Friday morning in Innisfil when automated licence plate recognition technology alerted an officer to a licence plate that was not authorized for the vehicle.

The driver was once again charged with driving while under suspension, as well as use of a plate not authorized for the vehicle and operating a vehicle without insurance.

The motorist was provided a summons to appear in court at a later date.
