Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin are splitting up after 25 years of marriage.
Flavin filed for divorce from the actor last week following rumours the couple was on the rocks after the former model posted a picture with her and Stallone's daughters earlier this month.
According to reports, her filing says, "The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken."
Flavin also claimed her husband "has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets."
Stallone recently had a tattoo of Flavin covered up, leaving many to guess there was trouble in the marriage.
He had a portrait of her on his right arm but had it covered up with a picture of his dog Bupkiss from Rocky I and Rocky II.
In an interview with TMZ he said he had the Jennifer tattoo for 14 years and wanted to freshen it up. However, it got messed up, and the famous dog was just a fix with no ill intention.
He still has a big tattoo of Jennifer on his back.
In an interview with People, Flavin said "I'm sad to announce that after 25 years of marriage, I have filed for divorce from my husband Sylvester Stallone.
While we will no longer be married, I will always cherish the more than a 30-year relationship that we shared, and I know we are both committed to our beautiful daughters. I ask for privacy for our family as we amicably move forward."
The two met in 1988 and married in 1997.
