Bradford Carrot Fest

You're going to love the Bradford Carrot Fest even if your name isn't Bugs. With vendors, live music, magic shows, and kid's zone, there's something for the whole family. The event takes place on Friday from 4 PM to midnight and Saturday from 9 AM to Midnight. "Orange" you glad I told you about it?

Downtown Orillia Classic Car Show

For the 21st year in a row, Downtown Orillia will be flush in classic cars and live entertainment. Along with door prizes and all the fantastic shopping and dining Orillia has to offer, this is a perfect event for not only car lovers, but anyone looking for some fun weekend plans. The Classic Car Show takes place on Saturday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Moffatt's Rally For Kids

Head over to Moffatt's Mazda in Barrie this Saturday for a scenic drive that ends with a BBQ and live music. The Moffatt's Rally For Kids supports Easter Seals and Shriners Hospital For Children. The ride starts with registration at 8:30 with light breakfast and ends at 5 PM back at Moffatt's Mazda.

Donate Blood

I hope your weekly reminder to donate blood isn't making you see red but the Blood Clinic needs your help. Donations slow down in the summer but with the help of some amazing donors, they don't have to. Roll up your sleeve and save some lives.

Barrie Pride Parade

This Saturday at 2 PM, grab your rainbow gear and head to downtown Barrie for a celebration of love and inclusion. You can sign up to be part of the parade on their website or simply cheer and support the procession from the sidewalk.

Dusk Dances Barrie

Dusk Dances Barrie is holding an event in Lampman Lane all weekend with live performances, music, and dance workshops. Learn belly dancing, bhangra, contemporary, and movement improvisation with free workshops. The performances are all pay-what-you-can with a suggested amount of $10.
