The latest TikTok trend to question faith in human evolution is the "Foot Drop Challenge," in which people are dropping heavy things on their foot and then rating the level of pain.

And that's as complicated as it gets. You drop something on your shoeless feet, scream in agony, then rate the pain.
Some things that have been dropped include a water bottle, tool box, can of hairspray. The sky's the limit!

Side note- in 2006, the Sci-Fi comedy "Idiocracy" jokingly predicted the most watched program in the future would be called " Ow, My Balls."
