Tools Stolen From Trailer Left Alone For Weeks
Police Also Investigating Vehicle Theft
A trailer left alone long term was found with a few tools missing.
South Simcoe Police were called to a Bradford parking lot Monday with reports of the theft of tools from a trailer there. The owner of the trailer left it alone for several weeks, last seeing it on December 21st. He returned to the trailer Monday to find it had been entered and items missing.
Meanwhile, a vehicle was reported stolen from the Tanger Outlet Mall in Cookstown Saturday afternoon. The 2006 GMC Sierra was parked around 1:30, gone by 4:00. A grey or teal green Chevrolet Silverado 2500 pickup has been identified as a vehicle of interest.
