Nottawasaga OPP are investigating the theft of booze from an LCBO in Tottenham and are asking the public's help identifying suspects.
Police responded to 55 Queen Street South on Wednesday, Jan. 28, around 11:30 a.m. about the shoplifting incident.
"Three males entered the store at 11:14 a.m.," OPP explained in a release today.
"They were observed entering the back storage room where they proceeded to place several white boxes onto a blue cart, then exiting through the rear exit door, placing the boxes into a vehicle then departing."
The suspects are described as:
Suspect 1 - brown male, approximately 6'0, medium build, black jacket, black pants, black and white running shoes, and a brown toque.
Suspect 2 - white male, approximately 6'0, medium build, black jacket, black pants, black ballcap, and a scruffy beard.
Suspect 3 - white male, approximately 6'0, medium build, camo jacket, black Puma pants, white and grey sneakers, and a black toque.
The three fled in a grey Hyundai sedan with black rims. Police say the vehicle was last seen travelling onto Rogers Road in Tottenham.
Items stolen are:
- 22 bottles of JP Wiser's Deluxe
- 6 bottles of 15 Year Old Glenlivet French Oak Reserve
- 12 bottles of St. Remy Brandy
- 6 bottles of Canadian Club Premium
- 6 bottles of Gibson's Finest Sterling Edition
- 12 bottles of Traveller Blend No. 40
Total value: $3,618.60.
