As a specialized form of health care, Hospice Simcoe aims to relieve suffering and improve the quality of life for those living with a life-limiting illness, as well as their families. Hospice palliative care addresses the specific physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and practical issues, and their associated expectations, needs, hopes and fears on an individual basis.
Pre-made and delivered right to your door by Liberty North, each meal includes two helpings of Quiche with Roasted Red Peppers, Broccoli & Cheddar, Home Fried Breakfast Potatoes, Breakfast Sausage & Bacon (or Vegetarian Patties), Homemade Chocolate & Cranberry Scones with Preserves & Butter, and Mimosas!
Each Hearts for Hospice Valentine's Brunch costs $60 and be sure to place your order before the February 11 (at noon) deadline!
