People are embracing a new trend to handle stress and unhappy events.
It's called "Aiport Rules," which means anything that makes you happy in an airport is on the table.
Think about it. When you're at an airport, spending money, eating pizza, and day drinking are coping mechanisms.
You'll eat a cookie at 8 am and wash it down with a draft beer because time is merely a construct in an airport.
Now, " Airport Rules" is making its way into everyday life so people can better deal with challenges.

Normal rules you set for yourself are out the window when at an airport. If you need to wear your cozy clothes and rock a messy bunn all day, go for it.
Basically, be nice to yourself and eat the cookie at 8 am if it will help you get through the day. However, I don't think day drinking before your work shift is a great idea so you should set a few boundaries
The idea first surfaced during the U.S. presidential election, but people still use it to help with holiday stressors.
