Two people killed in Bradford crash, a third person in life-threatening condition

Two people have been killed in a collision in Bradford West Gwillimbury.

South Simcoe Police say around 11:20 on Thursday morning, first responders were called to a two-vehicle crash on County Road 27 south of Line 3. Two people in one of the vehicles were pronounced dead at the scene. The lone occupant of the other vehicle is in a Toronto trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.

County Road 27 is closed between Lines 2 and 3, and police don't expect that stretch to reopen until around six this evening.

No names have been released. The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing. Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam video.
