Grey Bruce OPP have charged a Wasaga Beach Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) driver with multiple driving offences.
On Wednesday, June 21, around 1:34 p.m., police and the Ministry of Transportation officers stopped a CMV in Grey County.
A 46-year-old driver from Wasaga Beach has been charged with:
- Operate unsafe vehicle
- Operate vehicle - fail to display inspection sticker or proof
- Overweight vehicle
- Improper braking system
The driver is scheduled to appear in court on July 26.
