A man has been charged with careless driving and driving while under suspension after a minivan slammed into a home on Logan Court in west end Barrie.
Police communications spokesperson Peter Leon says the collision happened just before noon on Monday.
The impacet caused the garage to split in two.
The driver and a male passenger were checked out by first responders but they did not require hospital treatment.
