Six teens charged in vandalism incident at Innisfil Town Square

The suspects are 13 and 14 years old

Police charge four drivers in four days following spate of drunk driving, hit-and-run calls over the weekend

Police have laid charges against six teenagers after public washrooms were damaged at the Innisfil Town Square (ITS), located on Innisfil Beach Road.

South Simcoe police were alerted around 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

Officers found the suspects nearby and they were arrested.

As a result of the investigation, three boys and three girls from Innisfil, aged 13 and 14, were charged with mischief under $5,000.

Their identities are protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. The youths were released into the care of their parents with a future court date.
