A Bradford man is facing a long list of charges after parking in the wrong spot.
South Simcoe Police officers came upon a vehicle parked in an area under construction along Yonge St. near the 4th Line around 3:30 p.m. Saturday. After speaking with the driver, it was learned he was wanted on several warrants with the South Simcoe Police and another police service.
A search of the vehicle yielded a quantity of drugs and a replica handgun. A 30-year-old man was arrested on the warrants for robbery, firearms offenses, and assault with a weapon in connection to an April incident, and was also charged with several court order breaching offenses.
The suspect was turned over to the other police service to be further charged.
