Warming Centres have opened in Innisfil

The centres are available to people who need shelter from the cold

With frigid temperatures expected for the next few days, the Town of Innisfil and Innisfil ideaLAB & Library will open warming centres for those in need of a safe space to get out of the cold.

These facilities are heated and are available for use effective February 2 at the following locations until further notice:

  • Innisfil ideaLAB & Library, Lakeshore Branch (967 Innisfil Beach Rd.)
    • Thursday   9:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
    • Friday    9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    • Saturday  10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Innisfil ideaLAB & Library, Cookstown Branch (20 Church St.)
    • Thursday   10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
    • Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Innisfil ideaLAB & Library, Stroud Branch (7883 Yonge St.)
    • Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
