Daniel Radcliffe gets to play Weird Al in biopic
It's the movie we didn't know we wanted.
Daniel Radcliffe has been tapped to play "Weird Al Yankovic" in an upcoming biopic.
"Weird: The Al Yankovic Story" explores the comedic musicians' early life and rise to fame with his famous parodies.
In a statement, Yankovic wrote, "When my last movie UHF came out in 1989, I made a solemn vow to my fans that I would release a major motion picture every 33 years, like clockwork. I'm very happy to say we're on schedule,"
He adds, "And I am absolutely thrilled that Daniel Radcliffe will be portraying me in the film. I have no doubt whatsoever that this is the role future generations will remember him for.
The film has the perfect recipe to tickle your funny bone with Yankovic and comedy director Eric Eppel co-writing the script.
The Roku original film is the first-ever for the channel and only available on The Roku Channel.
In 2010, Yankovic did a mock trailer for a biopic starring Aaron Paul.
This video is NOT the trailer for the new film, but maybe a hint of what we can expect?
For a trip down memory lane, here's a clip of Yankovic's first movie, "UHF"

Jenna Jameson is still in hospital following misdiagnosis
Jenna Jameson remains in hospital with a mysterious condition.
She took to social media last week after doctors diagnosed her with Guillain-Barré syndrome, an autoimmune disease where your immune system attacks your nerves.
However, she was misdiagnosed, and her condition remains a mystery.
Her partner Lior Bitton explained that none of the treatments for Guillain-Barré syndrome were working, and Doctors have since ruled out the disease.
Jameson went to a hospital in Hawaii last week after she lost feeling in her legs and could not walk. She's since undergone several neurological tests.
