Once upon a time, parents had to keep track of their children's immunization records with a yellow wallet card. Fast forward a few years and things have gotten way easier, with the help of technology. The help? A new app to help track and update your kid's vaccination status with the health unit.

4) Lest We Forget: A New Initiative From The Legion To Remember Our Local Heroes

Coming up to the 80th anniversary of D-Day. It was a day that saw so many heroes fall, including some people from our community. This year the Legion has embarked on a mission to make sure their memory lives on forever. They have launched a contest for schools across Simcoe County, a writing contest that allows students to learn about and honour the memory of our local heroes.
