Woman dies of injuries suffered in Alliston house fire
The fire was at an Albert Street home
A woman pulled from a burning home by New Tecumseth firefighters has died of her injuries.
The blaze broke out at a residence on Albert Street in Alliston on Sunday evening.
Fire crews managed to rescue the woman. She was airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre where she later died.
OPP has identified her as 69-year-old Nancy Stevens of Alliston.
The Ontario Fire Marshal has determined the fire is not suspicious.
No word on the cause.
