Officers found the vehicle on Line 13 in Bradford West Gwillimbury.

When the vehicle was stopped, police saw two young children seated in the back.
A 51-year-old woman from Bolton was charged with impaired driving, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, failing to provide the necessities of life to a child, and failure or refusal to comply with a demand.
The accused was released with a court date.
" The two children are safe, and officers were able to reunite them with a responsible family member," police said in a news release.
