Instead of a traditional show, St. Andrew's Church will host The Songwriter Series from 8 PM to 1030 PM. Hosted by Chas Hay, it will feature Danny Michel, Damhnait Doyle, Charlotte Cornfield, and Brett Caswell.
Uptown Theatre
The Uptown Theatre will host a special viewing of the documentary "Echo In The Canyon" for Troubadour Festival on Saturday night. The film will start at 7 PM and here is a synopsis: "A look at how musical groups such as The Byrds, The Beach Boys, Buffalo Springfield, and The Mamas & the Papas birthed the beginnings of the Laurel Canyon music scene and how the echo of these artists' creations reverberated across the world."
Meridian Place
Barrie's premier outdoor venue, Meridian Place will host 8 artists to make sure your day is jam-packed with music. Stand near the stage, take a seat, or bring a blanket and enjoy these artists while you relax on the grass.
