While it was initially scheduled for June 4, Sony's reveal event was delayed to June 11 in order to keep the spotlight on the current Black Lives Matter protests that are happening all across the world.
The live stream event will be a look at the future of gaming similar to the event Microsoft already hosted for the Xbox Series X. Sony has already shown off the specs for their new console so this event should focus more on upcoming games with rumours of the new Resident Evil being among them.
