In what might be the strangest post-breakup decision in the history of the world, Kanye West Officially changed his name to Ye.
The man who is now Ye, filed paperwork in California to get his name changed, and a judge approved the change on Monday.

Ye (We're never going to get used to that) is currently in the middle of a separation after his wife, Kim Kardashian West, filed for divorce back in February. The couple has four children together, and they all share one similarity with the man now known as Ye, they all have pretty unorthodox names: North, Saint, Psalm, and Chicago.

This isn't the first time Ye has hinted at the name change after tweeting about it when the "Ye" album was officially released saying, "The being formerly known as Kanye West. I am YE.". He also mentioned another possible name change in 2019 to "Christian Genius Billionaire Kanye West". Between the two, we guess Ye is the slightly less dumb option.
Sorry Ye, but "ye" might be losing your mind.
