Ontario Provincial Police are seeking information about a vehicle and a person in connection with a shooting in Orillia.
Around 9:15 p.m. on Sept. 3, police responded to a report of a firearm being discharged on Barrie Road, near Dunlop Street.
Crime Stoppers of Simcoe-Dufferin-Muskoka posted images on Wednesday to its X account, indicating investigators are trying to identify a person seen on surveillance and seeking information about a 2007 black Ford Mustang.
The car was stolen Sept. 3 and later involved in the shooting.
Residents and businesses in the area of Barrie Road from West Street to Memorial Avenue are asked to review their surveillance footage and contact police if they see anything related to the incident.
