Southern Georgian Bay OPP and the Midland Fire Department responded to a 778 William Street residence at 4:33 a.m. about a "fully engulfed fire."
"One male was triaged at the scene and transported by County of Simcoe Paramedics to an area hospital with minor injuries sustained in the fire," OPP wrote in a release.
"Traffic in the area was redirected during the early hours of extinguishing the fire and roads and has since been re-opened."
