A man from Tiny Township is facing numerous charges after an impaired driving investigation regarding a single-vehicle crash early Friday morning.
At 1:35 a.m., Southern Georgian Bay OPP responded to a report of a black pickup truck that had left the roadway before hitting a nearby pole on Champlain Road near Concession Road 16.
Officers investigated the scene, and later charged a 45-year-old man with impaired driving among five charges related to the incident.
Other charges included failing to remain and invalid licence plates.
The accused was released from custody to appear and was also served a 90 day drivers licence suspension and a 7 day vehicle impound. He will appear in court in early August.
