Barrie Police Investigating Robbery

A suspect is sought by Barrie Police in an ongoing robbery investigation.

The man entered the Mac’s Convenience Store at 280 Dunlop Street West Saturday night.

Armed with a weapon, he proceeded to rob the store of an undisclosed amount of currency, coin and cigarettes. The suspect then fled on foot and there were no injuries sustained by the on duty staff.

The suspect is described as:

• 6’0
• Camouflage style hoodie
• Dark coloured pants
• blue/black checkered scarf
• Black with white Nike swoosh style shoes
