Barrie triumphs over Peterborough at OMHA Championship
Familiar foes face-off against each other for second year in a row
They played for Gold last year at the OMHA Championship.
This year, the Barrie Jr. Colts Atom AAA team played Peterborough for the Bronze Medal in the tournament, hosted at Holly Rec Centre.
Barrie taking the win by a score of 3-1.
While the boys really wanted another Gold Medal, Coach Todd Larmon says it was a good life lesson, “Today was a perfect example of the guys picking themselves back up and being resilient.”

It was a tough run for Barrie, with a win, a loss and two ties in the preliminary round.
