Male charged in public nudity incident near Bradford school

South Simcoe Police responded to concerns that a male was fully exposing himself to members of the public from his residence near St. Marie of the Incarnation Catholic School in Bradford West Gwillimbury.

Members of the uniform patrol and detectives from the Crimes Against Persons Unit investigated, resulting in the identification of a 69-year-old male from Bradford. As a result, he was charged with one count of an indecent act and one count of nudity.

The man charged was released on an undertaking with a court date of June 5.

South Simcoe Police are asking anyone with additional information related to similar events or concerns regarding this matter to contact Police Constable Trevor Pirri at the South Simcoe Police Service at 905-775-3311, or to submit a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
