Ontario Provincial Police have laid charges in connection with a crash at a golf course in Muskoka Lakes Township that caused significant damage.
Around 8:15 a.m. on May 17, police say a vehicle left Golf Avenue Road and crashed through a fence, coming to a stop on a tennis court. The driver fled the scene.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged a 32-year-old Muskoka Lakes Township woman with dangerous operation, mischief over $5,000, fail to remain, along with a host of Highway Traffic Act offences.
She has a court date in July.
