Cops uncover huge marijuana grow op at vacant Midland industrial building

A vacant industrial building on Highway 12 in Midland wasn’t so vacant after all.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP received a call from a citizen on Sunday about suspicious activity at the complex. Police executed a search warrant at the building on Tuesday and found over 10,000 marijuana plants inside in various stages of growth.

Police said this was a professional high-quality installation and had likely been operating for up to three months.

Investigator don’t believe any plants were harvested.
No arrests have been made.
The building and property is for sale.
