"The best way to spread Christmas cheer, is singing loud for all to hear"

The CP holiday train has been making its way through Canada and the US for 20 years to bring holiday cheer right into your city.

CP is passionate about promoting a communal effort to decrease hunger in communities across North America, especially around the holidays. The event is free but visitors are encouraged to bring food or a monetary donation to go to the Barrie Food Bank.

Over the years the Holiday Train has raised more than $14.5 million and 4.3 million pounds of food for North American Food Banks. CP makes donations at every stop and all donations raised by the community stay in the community.

The event will include a mix of traditional and holiday-themed musical performances and brief presentation with local food bank officials and other dignitaries.
