Cyclist seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in Clearview

Cyclist has life-threatening injuries

A 66 year old man has life-threatening injuries after a collision between a vehicle and cyclist in Clearview Township.

Provincial police said the cyclist was riding on County Road 91 west of Stayner, between Fairgrounds Road and Industrial Road, when he was hit by a vehicle around 6:30 Friday evening.

The man was transported to the hospital in Collingwood and later airlifted to a Toronto-area hospital.

The investigation into the collision continues.
