Drug and weapon charges after traffic stop in Orillia

Two people have been charged
One person dead, one in hospital as OPP investigate homicide in Midland

OPP say they seized drugs after conducting a traffic stop on Wednesday in Orillia.

According to police, they seized cocaine, psilocybin, Canadian currency, brass knuckles, and drug paraphernalia.

A 39-year-old Severn Township man and a 48-year-old woman from Ramara were charged.

Each of them have court dates in April.
