Two employees were hurt during a fracas that occurred during Euro Cup celebrations in Bradford.

South Simcoe Police officers were flagged down Sunday afternoon and informed of an incident at a restaurant on Holland Street at Drury Street. Officers arrived to find two employees who had been assaulted after a group of men allegedly tried to enter the establishment without masks and bringing their own cooler.

The suspects had left the scene prior to police arrival, while the employees declined medical treatment. While police had to depart due to the large street celebration and several urgent calls for service, the investigation continues. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at (705) 436-2141.
