Barrie Chamber of Commerce Hosting Mayoral Debate Tonight
If you’ve still got some humming and hawing to do over Barrie’s mayoral candidates, might want to stop by the Lions Gate Hall.
The Barrie Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Mayoral Candidates’ Debate at the Hall on Blake St. Monday evening. Both candidates, Ram Faerber and Jeff Lehman will be there.
Both candidate will get about two minutes to speak their piece at the onset of the evening, starting at 6:00. Following that, Faerber and Lehman will be subject to a question and follow up question from a bevy of panelists, including Barrie 360’s own Brett Glover. Once the panel has a crack, audience questions will give both candidates 30 seconds to respond.
Closing remarks and a farewell from the moderator are expected by 7:30 before a meet-and-greet with everyone present at the Hall.
Doors open at 5:30 for the event, while the debate gets underway at 6:00.
