Netflix and Headspace are coming together to produce three new original series focused on the importance of self-care.
While the final two series haven’t been revealed yet, the first one will be called Headspace Guide to Meditation and takes viewers through the history and science of meditation. There will be eight episodes, all twenty minutes long and each will end with a guided meditation to help viewers be more present and less distracted in their daily lives.
The show and subsequent meditation promise to be easy and accessible for everyone and might be just the thing to help clear a busy mind. Keep an eye out for more information about the next two series but Headspace Guide to Meditation hits Netflix on January 1st, 2021.
