Get Bowlin' For A Cause With "Bowl For Kid's Sake"

The Event, Supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters, Will Run Mar 18th-26th

Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) kicked of their annual "Bowl For Kid's Sake" March 1st at the Georgian Mall. This event is nothing but fun for everyone and all of the proceeds will go toward mentoring programs for Big Brothers Big Sisters in the Barrie area.

Big Brother and Big Sister attended the kick-off event at Georgian Mall with their "Littles" .

Anyone can register a team of 4-6 people with a minimum of $30 per bowler in pledges to participate. The event has a number of dates you can take part in running from March 18th-26th. To register your team, click here.

BBBS creates individual and group mentoring relationships amongst adults and youth.

Events such as "Bowling For Kids Sake" are crucial in helping this wonderful organization continue to make a difference in our community. When a child has a mentor, they are more likely to be emotionally, socially and physically happy, and in the words of BBBS "when we have healthy young people in our communities, everyone benefits."
