Ann Green is passionate about maintaining continuous connections to our community by organizing initiatives every month to give back. The way she sees it, "The health of a community is the heart of its caring connections."
She hopes these initiatives inspire others to take part because "we are all capable and we can all be kind." Here are some some of the upcoming ways you can join BLISS in giving back to the community.
Om For The Holidays: On November 3rd from 1 pm-5 pm, BLISS will be hosting their annual local artisan market. 35 vendors will be at the event will all sorts of treasures to shop for. Entry to the event is an unopened toy, 2 non-perishables OR $2 all to go toward Christmas Cheer and the Barrie Food Bank.
Food Bank Collections: BLISS is always accepting donations.
Toiletry Tuesday and Fresh Fridays: Toiletry collections to go to The Women and Children's Shelter, Redwood and The Busby Centre.
