Spooky season is here and it's time to get scared! Luckily, Fanshawe Pioneer Village is partnering with Byron Scary House to transform itself into a haunted experience called The Abandoned Village.

"The legend goes that when a freak storm cut off the Village from the surrounding area things got nasty. The Villagers turned on one another and did what was necessary to survive. In the months of isolation that followed an old dark secret rose out of the past and plunged the Village into chaos. Many of the Villagers were never found again, and those that were discovered, were merely remains. Now, once in a Blue Moon, the ghosts of The Abandoned Village return. Will you survive your visit, or will you be added to their ranks?"

Attendance will be limited to groups of two to ensure social distancing is maintained and the entire experience is touch-free, without any hanging obstructions. Masks are also mandatory in all indoor and outdoor areas.

The Abandoned Village runs from October 21st to 31st, is suitable for ages 14 and up, and pre-booking is recommended. Tickets are only $18 so head over to the website and check out all the details!
