While it was initially planned to open before the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Super Mario World is now slated to open its doors in Spring of 2021.

Located inside Universal Studios Japan in Osaka, Super Mario World is a theme park dedicated to celebrating all things Mario. With tons of attractions, themed after Nintendo's flagship universe, guests will be transported to the Mushroom Kingdom where they will be able to ride Mario Karts, check out Bowsers Keep, visit Princess Peach's Castle, and use a smart wristband that lets you participate in s special park-wide coin collecting mete-game!

For now, a few images of the park, attractions, and food that you can find online will have to hold us over until the park opens. However, if you can't make it to Japan, Universal plans to bring Super Mario Worlds to its parks in Orlando, Hollywood, and Singapore.
