Two years ago, Zach set out on his first mission known as "Zach Makes Tracks". Over the course of 29 days, Zach biked, ran and walked to Ottawa to raise awareness and funds for youth mental health. Not only has his campaign sparked important conversations with the public, but also with our Prime Minister and other dignitaries.

Zach is passionate about advocating for youth mental health and inspiring our leaders to make mental health a priority. After his success with the first campaign, Zach decided to create a new way to continue is fundraising efforts.

Introducing "Zach Makes Tracks 2.0" - a new mission to inspire 2.2 million pledges in support of Youth Mental Health across Canada.

Zach's goal of 2.2 million pledges is to represent the 2.2 million youth in Canada. He has created the "Burst Your Bubble" Challenge and getting involved is incredibly easy! All it takes is two simple steps:

1. The Challenge:

Blow and burst your best bubble. Post your pic or video on social media using the hashtag #BurstYourBubbleForYMT. Tag @ZachMakesTracks and challenge three people to ‘one-up your bubble’.

2. Make Your Pledge:

Register and make your pledge at www.zachmakestracks.ca.

$1 =1 PLEDGE. Every dollar that is registered as a donation counts as ONE pledge.

3. Bonus:

One group from each province and territory will be selected to host a ZMT supported event on May 7th, 2019 — National Child & Youth Mental Health Day — which will include: a visit or video message from a celebrity and national media coverage.

Selected groups will also have the honour of choosing a local mental health initiative to receive a generous portion of the funds raised.
