Luma Light Trail opens at Friday Harbour Resort

Illuminate your festive spirit

Looking for something fun to do outside with the whole family that is guaranteed to get you in the festive spirit? A quick trip out to Friday Harbour ought to do it!

Thousands of twinkling lights illuminate Friday Harbour's nature reserve for the Luma Light Trail. The 1-kilometre stroll is the perfect spot to snap a selfie or a fun family photo. The trail is a part of the resort's winter activities. In December they'll launch the "Glice" skate trail along the boardwalk, an outdoor skating rink at the Harbour Master building as well as their new Winter Outdoor Adventure Centre, located at the Nest Clubhouse.

Reservations are required and can be booked at FridayHarbour.com. The Luma Light Trail will run through the winter months Thursday-Sunday from 5:00 until 9:00 PM. Masks are required, as advised by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit.
