Missing Barrie man believed to be in downtown Toronto

Barrie Police are seeking the public’s help in locating 39-year-old Bradley Duncan. He is believed to be in downtown Toronto.

Duncan is white, stocky build, 5’7″ – 5’8″, 200 pounds, has long red hair, and he might have a hat or fedora.
