Murder conviction reduced to Manslaughter
Barrie man freed based on time served
Convicted of First-Degree Murder in the 2006 stabbing death of his cousin Nick Bullock walked out of a Barrie courtroom Wednesday a free man.
He was convicted on a lesser charge of Manslaughter and given credit for time already served.
The Ontario Court Of Appeal had overturned the previous conviction on a technicality.
Fourteen year old Brayton Bullock was stabbed to death in Lackies Bush.
