Neither driver stops after two vehicles strike a woman in Bradford
The victim is in a Toronto trauma centre
A female pedestrian was transported to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries in a pair of fail-to-remain collisions in Bradford.
South Simcoe Police were called around 7 p.m. on Friday for a report that a woman had been struck by a vehicle at Holland Street West and West Park Avenue. Police say the 65-year-old was hit while crossing westbound at the intersection. The suspect vehicle fled the scene at a high rate of speed eastbound on Holland Street West. The woman was then struck by a second vehicle that fled the scene southbound on West Park Avenue.
The victim was transported to hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries and has since been transferred to a Toronto trauma centre.
