It might have been the fact that everyone is stuck inside but Tiger King quickly became a pop culture phenomenon over the past few months and it seems the world hasn't seen the last of the Joey Exotic, Carole Baskin, and the other wacky cast of characters who occupy the world of tiger breeding.

It might have been the fact that everyone is stuck inside but Tiger King quickly became a pop culture phenomenon over the past few months and it seems the world hasn't seen the last of Joe Exotic, Carole Baskin, and the other wacky cast of characters who occupy the world of tiger breeding.

The sometimes amazing, sometimes terrible but always captivating Nicholas Cage is set to take on the role of Joe Exotic in a new scripted show produced by Imagine Television and CBS Television Studios. The series will explore how he became Joe Exotic and how he begins to lose himself in the character.

Nicholas Cage can be all over the map with absolutely terrible performances in stinkers like The Wicker Man and Ghost Rider while giving Oscar-winning performances in others like Leaving Las Vegas.

Joe Exotic does seem to be right up the actor's alley however but only time will tell which side of the spectrum this performance will fall under.
