Police are investigating a house fire that happened Saturday around 8 p.m. on Rhonda Road in Collingwood.
The Ontario Fire Marshal has been called in to determine the cause of the blaze.
Ontario Provincial Police say the residents of the home got out prior to the arrival of emergency services.
One resident was transported to hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation.
